Recover Your Password

The Reset Password page is accessible from the Forgot Password? link on the Log In page. Fill in the fields below and select Reset Password to receive a password reset link by email.

Field	Details
Central Point	Selects which Central Point to connect to.
Domain Name	Required only when signing in through Active Directory.
Username	Your account username. Automatically converted to uppercase.
Enter your email	The email address associated with your account.
Reset Password	Sends a reset link to the email address provided. See Reset Password for next steps.
Back to login	Returns to the Log In page.
