Recover Your Password

You can access the Forgot Password page from the link on the Log in page of SEI. From this page, you can submit the required information and receive a link to reset your account password. The table below lists the fields that must be completed.

Field/Option	Description
Central Point Selector	Choose the Central Point to define which data and visualizations you'll access when logging in.
Domain Name	Enter the domain name only if you're logging in with Active Directory authentication.
Username	Enter your unique username for the account you want to reset. Usernames are automatically converted to uppercase.
Email	Enter the email address associated with your account.
Reset Password	After providing the required information, select Reset Password to receive the reset link. To learn more, see Reset Password.
