GL Reconciliation Cube
The GL Reconciliation Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of general ledger reconciliation performance. It enables finance teams to track the reconciliation status of postings, identify discrepancies, and evaluate reconciliation efficiency across companies and banks.
Key Metrics:
- Postings Imported: Total number of GL entries imported for the selected period.
- Reconciled Entries (Auto): Number and percentage of entries that were automatically reconciled.
- Reconciled Entries (Manual): Number and percentage of entries that were manually reconciled.
- Non-Reconciled Entries: Volume and percentage of entries not reconciled during the selected period.
- Year-to-Date Metrics:
- YTD Imported Entries
- YTD Auto Reconciled %
- YTD Manual Reconciled %
- YTD Not Reconciled %
Visual Components:
- Table Summary: Displays reconciliation statistics by group (e.g., company, bank) including all reconciliation statuses.
- Bar Charts:
- Top 10 Companies by Number of Transactions: Highlights companies with the highest transaction volume.
- Top 10 Banks by Number of Transactions: Shows banks with the highest volume of GL transactions processed.
