Sage Intacct Real-time Finance

If you are setting up Sage Intacct real‑time finance reports, complete the following steps. Otherwise, continue with the standard setup.

Real‑time finance enables SEI to retrieve Sage Intacct financial data on demand, without relying solely on scheduled DataSync refreshes. If your deployment includes real‑time financial reporting, complete the steps in this section before proceeding with the remaining installation tasks.

Create an Sage Intacct data source​

  1. In the navigation panel, select the gear icon to open Administration.
  2. Select Env. & Data Sources.
  3. In the Data Sources panel, click + to create a new data source.
  4. Enter a name for the data source and click Confirm.
  5. Complete the ERP data source configuration by filling in all required fields in the Data Source Definition panel.
  6. Click Validate, then Save to finalize the configuration.

Sage Intacct data source definition properties​

Data Source DescriptionEnter a name such as Sage Intacct Finance.
TypeSelect Sage Intacct.
URLEnter the Sage Intacct Web Services endpoint URL.
Client ID(Optional) Enter the API client ID provided for your integration.
Locations ID(Optional) Enter the location ID, if your Sage Intacct environment requires one.
Operation timeoutEnter the maximum duration, in seconds, allowed for each request. Default: 60
Extra connection string propertiesEnter any additional connection string parameters required by the database provider.
Company IDEnter the Sage Intacct company ID to connect to.
User NameEnter the username for authenticating with Sage Intacct.
PasswordEnter the password for the specified user.
