Upload Project into Acumatica

Before setting up SEI with Acumatica, you need to import and publish the SEI customization project in Acumatica. This customization adds all the OData inquiries needed for data extraction. DataSync uses these inquiries to load and refresh data in SQL Server. The first time you run DataSync, it creates the database and fills it with this data. This can take some time if you have a large volume of data.

Work with your Acumatica ERP consultant so you do not unpublish or overwrite other existing customization projects by accident.

Versions

The Acumatica projects in ShareFile are kept up to date with the current template. SEI maintains the four most recent Acumatica versions, which covers Acumatica's 20 month support cycle plus four months. When Acumatica releases a new version, the project for the oldest supported version is retired and stops receiving updates.
