Manage License (New)
The Manage License page allows you to view and manage license information, billing history, and payment details. An internet connection is required to validate your online subscription.
This page displays information for customers with the new license model introduced in 2026. See Manage License (Old) for details on the previous license model.

License
On the License tab, you can view the Serial Number and Last license sync. You can also check whether your license is monthly or yearly. By selecting Release License, it releases the currently registered license, allowing reuse on another server.
License type
The license type will display which license model you're on and whether it is extended with the Data Management add-on, which includes OLAP (including the OLAP runtime) and data transformation and migration using DataSync.
KPIs
- Users – Shows the total licensed users, how many are in use, and the number remaining.
- Viewers – Shows the total licensed viewers, how many are in use, and the number remaining.
- Data Management – Indicates whether data management is included in your license.
- AI credits – Displays your total credits usage vs how many credits you have in total per billing period.
AI credits
If you subscribe to additional AI credits, you are charged based on actual monthly usage (pay-as-you-go), not your set limit. Your license type includes AI credits by default, but subscribing allows you to have more credits each billing period. If subscribed, the status changes to Active. AI credits are billed in USD.
The AI section on this page requires an active internet connection, and your SEI must be configured with HTTPS to purchase additional credits.
For example, if your limit is $12 USD but you only used $5 USD worth of credits, you are charged $5 USD.
AI credits reset each billing period (Next Credit Reset). This means that every month you receive the free credits included with your license, along with any additional AI credits limit from your subscription.
Subscribe to additional AI credits
- From the navigation panel, click the gear icon at the bottom. The Administration page opens.
- Select Manage License from the sidebar.
- Select Subscribe.
- Enter a dollar limit (maximum $500 USD).
- Click Next and review your order summary.
- Click Proceed to Payment.
- Enter your payment details (if you haven’t already) and click Confirm Payment.
The progress bar will let you know in live how much credits have been used versus how much maximum credit limit you have. The color of the progress bar will turn yellow when you reach 80% and red when you reach 90%.
Unsubscribe
Choose Unsubscribe to stop purchasing additional credits starting with your next billing cycle, or Change Limit to update your spending limit at any time. Unsubscribing from additional credits will reset your maximum limit to the free tier based on your license.
After unsubscribing, it may take approximately one hour before the updated change appears on your invoice.
Payment & Billing
This section allows you to access the payment tab. This section in the License will also display in red if there are any issues with the payment such as card expiration, Not any fund in Credit card, payment did not process, etc.
Billing
The Billing tab displays the your invoice history. You can view and download invoices, and filter invoices by date range to find a specific record. Invoice only show the last two years. Contact support for invoices older than two years.
Filterting invoices
- Select a start and end date in the Period fields.
- Select Apply to filter the invoice list by the chosen date range.

Payment
Use the Payment tab to add or update your payment method. Only one card can be stored at a time. You can update your payment details at any time.
Add or update your payment method
- On the Payment tab, enter your email, address and card information.
- Review your details.
- Select Confirm to save your payment method.
