Highlights​

  • The Reporting Tree feature has been implemented in SEI to provide a fast and flexible way to build financial Reports based on the structure and hierarchy of your company. While its main function is financial reporting, it can also be used in Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.
    You can build complex hierarchies with Nodes representing organizational units such as Departments, Cost Centers, and Territories. Selecting a Node (Filter) allows you to view reports in multiple ways. Distribution will generate all required versions of your reports based on the hierarchy. More details in Reporting Trees.
  • Migration extraction type and Transformations in DataSync have been improved.

Enhancements​

Web Client​

  • Global Variables can now be used in a Page Header or Page Footer. Refer to Page Setup for more details.
  • Customize Page Header and Page Footer when exporting to XLS, XLSX, and HTML. Refer to Page Setup for more details.
  • Link To feature improved: you can now specify whether links open in a new browser tab or pop-up window. Works in standalone apps (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and embedded apps (e.g., Sage X3). Refer to Link To for more details.
  • Apply to Filtering Panels in Distribution: filters based on Global Parameters now apply correctly to impacted Views. Refer to Create a New Job for more details.

DataSync​

  • Import now uses versioning logic for template compatibility.
  • Empty and Null values supported in Transformations. Refer to Adding a Transformation Group for more details.
  • When exporting Extractions, defined Transformations are now included. Refer to Exporting an Extraction for more details.
  • Purge Condition implemented for Migration extractions to clean tables before importing. Refer to Purging Tables for more details.
  • Duplicate Table feature added for Migration extractions. Refer to Duplicating a Table for more details.

OLAP Manager​

  • Added more information about triggered tasks in Logs.

Excel Add-in​

  • Improved refresh speed for Pivot Table data.

  • Report Builder maps Account Groups as subgroups, ensuring higher-level groups update accordingly.
  • Cube Description updated for easier cube selection and loading order.
  • Added a Stored Procedure to refresh last 3 months for Acumatica budgets.
  • Renamed Sage 100 to Sage 100 North America.

Sage X3​

  • Added Pre-Consolidation (X3v11+) field in GL-related objects.
  • Added Intersite and Intercompany fields in Sales objects to filter internal transactions.
  • Current AP and AR data models improved for faster data retrieval.
  • Added Ship to Customer dimension in Sales cube.
  • New Invoice Analysis data model without Footers/Valuation; original renamed to Invoice Analysis with Valuation.
  • Default list of Data Models under Publish Excel reorganized by relevance.

Web Client​

  • Exported Worksheet to PDF now displays 0 values correctly.
  • Filters display correctly in PDF even when Data Model and View names are disabled.
  • Fixed Data Model Translation save bug.
  • Fixed login issues for non-Admin users with Central Point < 7.1.6.
  • Fixed corrupted Data Source password when Environment name changed.
  • Job condition not met now shows Condition Not Met instead of Failed in history.
  • Fixed permission error when running Job as Admin.
