Logs
Logs record details about cube operations, such as builds, loads, and refreshes. They help you diagnose issues, monitor processing activities, and confirm that jobs have run successfully. Logs are only written if the cube is configured for logging in its settings.
When to review logs
- Diagnosing job failures: Identify errors, failed processes, or invalid data mappings.
- Monitoring system activity: Track cube builds and refreshes to verify they ran as scheduled.
- Confirming job completion: Ensure a job executed successfully before distributing reports based on its data.
