AI Management
The AI Management section gives administrators powerful tools to monitor, analyze, and control how Nectari Copilot features are used throughout the organization.
Use this to review overall and per-user credit consumption, identify which Nectari Copilot features are most used, and set or adjust credit limits as needed. With these insights, you can optimize resource allocation, manage costs, and ensure responsible use of AI-powered capabilities.

When to use AI management
- Tracking AI credit usage: Monitor organization-wide and per-user credit consumption for budgeting and oversight.
- Enforcing credit limits: Set and adjust user-specific Nectari Copilot credit limits to prevent overuse.
- Identifying business needs: Analyze which users and features drive the most AI consumption to inform future decisions.
AI dashboard overview
The dashboard offers real-time and historical insights into your organization’s Nectari Copilot usage, helping administrators track consumption patterns, user activity, and feature popularity.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) include:
- Average Credits – The average AI credits consumed during the last 12 months.
- Average Copilot Users – The average number of unique users who accessed Copilot during the last 12 months.
- Average Credit Per Copilot User – Average credits used per active Copilot user during the last 12 months.
- Most Used Feature – The Copilot feature with the most activity during the last 12 months.
Top 10 Copilot Consumption
The Top 10 Copilot Consumption chart displays which users have used the most Nectari Copilot credits on average in the last 12 months. Use this chart to identify your most active users, detect unusually high usage, and ensure credit allocation matches your business needs. If usage seems concentrated or unexpectedly high for a user, review their activity and consider adjusting credit caps.
Usage for the last 12 months
The Usage for the last 12 months chart shows monthly AI credit consumption, helping you monitor trends and spot changes in adoption or behavior over time. This view supports budgeting and forecasting, highlights peaks or drops in usage, and helps you connect usage shifts with business changes. The chart will display the acutal ai credit consumed vs the free tier credits available with your license.
Average Times Features Used
A pie chart showing the proportion of usage per Copilot feature. Every Nectari Copilot question (prompt) is categorized into a feature below. This metric is only available with the Professional license.

Manage credit per user
View credit limit and credit used
- From the navigation panel, click the gear icon at the bottom. The Administration page opens.
- Select AI Management from the sidebar.
- Click the User Management tab.
- Check that the last update time is recent for current data.
- Review the Credit Cap and Credits Used columns for each user.
- Hover over Total Credits to see combined credit use and available credits.

| Credit Cap | Maximum Copilot credits the user can use. Set as a limit or No limit (default is no limit). |

Add a credit limit to a user
Set a credit limit to control user access (users exceeding their limit will see a message in Copilot):
- Click the User Management tab.
- Select a user from the list (use search if needed).
- Click the pencil icon next to the user.
- Set the desired credit limit and click Save. The new limit appears in the Credit Cap column.
Select multiple users and click Edit at the top of the list to set credit limits in bulk.
