General KPI
The General KPI dashboard for Sage XRT Advanced summarizes cash balances by company, bank, and account, and across flow categories. It includes balances and converted balances, the overall total, and a comparison with budgeted cash targets.
How to use the general KPI dashboard
- Follow balances and converted balances by company, bank, and account in the summary table, including the overall total.
- Compare the share of each company, bank, bank branch, and account in the total balance through the doughnut charts.
- Split balances by flow, flow category, and flow subcategory to see which types of cash movement they come from.
- Set balances against budgeted cash targets in the budget chart.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the General KPI dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.
