Warehouse Management
The Warehouse Management dashboard for Sage X3 Warehousing measures warehouse storage, occupancy rates, and stock levels. It includes overall and by-site occupancy, current stock against maximum capacity, and stock by filling control and by warehouse group.
How to use the warehouse management dashboard
- Break down occupancy rates from the overall level down to each site and store.
- Check current stock against maximum warehouse capacity.
- Divide stock by filling control or storage container type.
- Pull up stock levels, input quantities, and occupancy rates by warehouse group.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Warehouse Management dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Site: multiple values
Depositor: multiple values
Store: multiple values
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show two stock measures, and update based on the filters you apply.
