Warehouse Load
The Warehouse Load dashboard for Sage X3 Warehousing counts warehouse movement, reception, and preparation activity. It includes ongoing and estimated movement entries, container and received quantities, and picking and shipping areas.
How to use the warehouse load dashboard
- Compare ongoing and estimated movement entries for the selected period.
- Read container count, received quantities, and stored units for incoming stock.
- Follow movement trends, volume, and quantities during preparation.
- Divide picking areas by parcel picking and shipping unit areas.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Warehouse Load dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show four warehouse activity measures, and update based on the filters you apply.
| KPI | What it measures |
|---|---|
| CU Number | Total count of containers received in the selected period. |
| Reception Movement On-Going | Number of reception movements still in progress and not yet completed. |
| Parcel Not Validated | Number of picked parcels still waiting for validation before they can ship. |
| Handling Unit In Progress | Number of handling units, such as pallets or cartons, currently moving through the warehouse. |
