Picking Order
The Picking Order dashboard for Sage X3 Warehousing tracks order validation, stock shortages, and picking activity. It includes quantities launched, picked, and shipped, validated and not validated orders, picking order type, and the most picked products.
How to use the picking order dashboard
- Rate validated against not validated picking orders in the gauge and the status chart.
- Follow quantities from launch through picking to shipment.
- Flag stock shortages that could affect fulfillment.
- Group orders by picking type and by week, and watch ongoing picking movements with timestamps.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Picking Order dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show shipment quantity accuracy, and update based on the filters you apply.
