Performance / Reliability
The Performance / Reliability dashboard for Sage X3 Warehousing verifies supply chain execution quality, including supplier and carrier performance, shipment accuracy, and delivery timeliness. It includes on-time delivery and service rate percentages, delivery orders by carrier, and shipment and reception performance by supplier.
How to use the performance and reliability dashboard
- Follow the on-time delivery and service rate percentages for the selected period.
- Compare quantity launched against quantity shipped to check shipment accuracy.
- Break down delivery orders by carrier and by status to see which carriers meet delivery timelines.
- Review supplier reception performance in the worksheet.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Performance / Reliability dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show shipment quantity accuracy, and update based on the filters you apply.
