Inventory
The Inventory dashboard for Sage X3 Warehousing follows stock levels, product expiration, and warehouse capacity. It includes stock volume against container availability, the lowest stocked and the most expired products, stock reception, input line status, and quality control.
How to use the inventory dashboard
- Weigh stock volume against container availability to see how storage is used.
- Sort the lowest stocked and the most expired products to plan restocking.
- Check stock reception efficiency, and see input lines by status and inventory awaiting quality inspection.
- Scan warehouse capacity and storage distribution, including how much space is used.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Inventory dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

| Input Line Status | Pie | Splits input lines by status, such as addressed, stored, and pending. |
| Quality Control Status | Pie | Displays inventory awaiting quality inspection. |
| Top 10 Expired Products | Horizontal Bar | Ranks the 10 products with the highest expired quantities. |
