Warehouse Manager

Sage X3, Dashboard

The Warehouse Manager dashboard for Sage X3 covers delivery performance, inventory levels, picking activity, and storage capacity. It helps you supervise daily warehouse operations by showing open pick tickets and putaway requests, storage location capacity, delivery methods by carrier, and complaint reasons.

How to use the warehouse manager dashboard

  • Look at top picked items, open pick tickets, and pick productivity by site and month to see where picking and shipping slow down.
  • Check the inventory to sales ratio, backorder rate, and location capacity to see where stock or storage is tight.
  • Review delivery quantity, on-time percentage, and OTIF alongside complaint reasons to see how deliveries are performing.

Use the filtering panel at the top of the Warehouse Manager dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

The key performance indicators (KPIs) are displayed at the top of the dashboard. They show delivery performance and inventory measures, and update based on the filters you apply.

KPIWhat it measures
Delivery PerformanceContains measures such as % Quantity Delivered, % On-time, and OTIF %. These measures help supply chain managers understand how well the organization meets customer delivery expectations. For example, a high OTIF (On-time In Full) percentage indicates deliveries are both on time and complete.
Delivery and InventoryContains measures such as Average Lead Time (Days), Inventory to Sales Ratio, and Backorder Rate %. These measures help supply chain managers understand how effectively inventory is managed and allocated to support delivery demand. A high inventory to sales ratio may indicate excess inventory and higher carrying or obsolescence costs. A high backorder rate may indicate insufficient inventory to meet customer demand.
