Production Manager
The Production Manager dashboard for Sage X3 lists production quantity, cost, delays, and order fulfillment by site. It helps production managers see which products and sites produce the most, how many orders ship on time, and where production costs and delays are running high.
How to use the production manager dashboard
- Pair daily production quantity with cost to see how output and spending move together.
- Break out order fulfillment and average delay by company to see how delivery performance is trending.
- Rank the top 10 products by quantity produced to see which items take up the most production capacity.
- Compare production activity by site to see which facilities produce the most.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Production Manager dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) are displayed at the top of the dashboard. They show total production cost and production quantity, and update based on the filters you apply.
