How to use the cost structure and expense efficiency dashboard
- Review the expense breakdown to see which cost categories represent the largest share of operating expenses.
- Compare expenses month over month and against last year to spot increases or seasonal patterns.
- Check if expenses are growing faster than revenue using the year over year variance chart to detect cost pressure.
- Assess the impact of non operating expenses on net income through amortization and interest expense trends.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Cost Structure & Expense Efficiency dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) are displayed at the top of the dashboard. They show operating expenses, expense growth, and non operating costs, and update based on the filters you apply.
