Detailed Transactions
The Detailed Transactions data model for Sage 300 contains views that list journal transactions in detail and by year. It includes journal transaction amount and quantity, plus amounts in the source currency and the reporting currency.
How to use the detailed transactions data model
- Break down transactions by dimensions such as company code, fiscal year, and GL account number.
- Follow transaction trends across fiscal and calendar periods.
- Compare source and reporting currency amounts for each transaction.
- Total amounts and quantities across segments and categories.
