Cash Conversion Cycle

The Cash Conversion Cycle data model for Sage 300 contains views for cash conversion cycle efficiency, receivables aging breakdown, payables days outstanding, inventory turnover, and working capital ratio. It includes the measures COGS TTM, Net Credit Sales TTM, Revenue TTM, various inventory and accounts receivable levels, and the financial efficiency metrics DIO, DSO, DPO, and CCC. These cover operational and financial performance for the current and last years.

How to use the cash conversion cycle data model​

  • Locate where cash is tied up with the cash conversion cycle efficiency in the CCC Summary view.
  • Break down outstanding receivables by age in the Receivables Aging view to improve collection and payment receipts.
  • Measure how efficiently inventory is managed in terms of sales with the Inventory Turnover view, to adjust inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Follow the average time taken to pay suppliers in the Payables Days Outstanding view, to forecast cash flow and manage liquidity.
