The Job Cards dashboard for Sage 300 tracks job related billing, costs, and performance across job cards. It includes billed amounts by category, job types, job sites, and job status.

How to use the job cards dashboard​

  • Compare billed amounts against actual costs to see the margin on job work.
  • Rank job types by billed amount and by number of job cards.
  • Split billed amounts by labor, item, contractor, and service.
  • Find the sites and items with the most job cards.
  • Follow job status across active, complete, and pending job cards.

Filters​

Use the filtering panel at the top of the Job Cards dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Calendar Year: multiple values
Calendar Period: multiple values
SM Site: multiple values
Agreement Number: multiple values

Key performance indicators (KPIs)​

The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show six billed amount and cost measures, and update based on the filters you apply.
