Product Sales & Geographic Performance
The Product Sales & Geographic Performance dashboard for Sage 300 ranks net sales by product, product line, region, and country. It includes net sales per product and per country, alongside the top 10 product lines, products, and regions by net sales.
How to use the product sales and geographic performance dashboard
- Contrast the top and bottom product lines by net sales to see which stand out.
- See net sales by country on the world map.
- Divide net sales by the number of products and countries selling to see revenue per product and per country.
- Rank the top 10 products and the top 10 regions by net sales.
- Track net sales this year against last year to see the overall change.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Product Sales & Geographic Performance dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show six net sales, product, and country measures, and update based on the filters you apply.

| Net Sales Current Year | Total recognized sales revenue for the selected fiscal period in the current year, higher when more revenue is recorded. |
| Net Sales Last Year | Total recognized sales revenue for the equivalent fiscal period in the prior year, used as the baseline for year over year comparison. |
| Products Current Year | Number of distinct products with sales in the current fiscal period, higher when more products sell. |
| Net Sales / Product Current Year | Average revenue per active product, higher when each product brings more revenue. |
| Countries Current Year | Number of distinct countries with sales in the current fiscal period, higher when sales reach more countries. |
| Net Sales / Country | Average revenue per active country, higher when each country brings more revenue. |
