Inventory On-hand
The Inventory On-hand dashboard for Sage 200 Evolution tracks stock levels, inventory valuation, and inventory movement. It includes quantity on hand, unit cost, and valuation, alongside quantity received, issued, and invoiced.
How to use the inventory on-hand dashboard
- Follow valuation, unit cost, and quantity on hand for the selected inventory.
- Compare quantity received, issued, and invoiced to follow inventory movement.
- Split inventory value by product group and quantity on hand by warehouse.
- Check item level detail in the inventory worksheet, including unit cost, quantities, and valuation.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the Inventory On-hand dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show six inventory quantity and valuation measures, and update based on the filters you apply.

| Unit Cost | Average cost per unit of inventory. |
| Quantity In | Total quantity received into inventory. |
| Quantity Out | Total quantity issued or sold from inventory. |
| Quantity On Hand | Current quantity available in inventory. |
| Quantity Invoiced | Total quantity invoiced. |
