The OLAP - Sales Anomalies and Trends dashboard for Acumatica examines margin erosion risk, unusual daily sales activity, and sales patterns over time. It flags early warning signals in customer and product performance, risk that comes from sales volatility, and statistically abnormal revenue events.

How to use the sales anomalies and trends dashboard
- Follow sales activity intensity through how often sales transactions occur across representatives, customers, and products.
- Assess revenue productivity by comparing how customers and invoices convert into net sales.
- Identify top performers among sales reps, customers, and products using order frequency.
- Monitor transaction efficiency with the average invoice value and the revenue per customer.
- Spot commercial concentration risk where sales depend on high frequency customers, products, or representatives.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the OLAP - Sales Anomalies and Trends dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.
