AR and AP
The AR and AP (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) dashboard for Acumatica tracks outstanding receivables and payables, overdue balances, and cash flow trends. Finance teams use it to manage liquidity, prioritize collections, and track payment obligations.
How to use the AR and AP dashboard
- Track cash flow to see cash inflows and outflows over time.
- Prioritize collections by identifying the customers with the largest overdue receivables.
- Watch payables to manage supplier payments and stay on top of vendor obligations.
- Connect AR and AP activity to income and expenses for broader financial context.
Filters
Use the filtering panel at the top of the AR and AP dashboard to control which data is shown. The filters apply to all views and ensure the dashboard reflects the selections you choose.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)
The key performance indicators (KPIs) at the top of the dashboard show total and overdue amounts owed to and by the company, and update based on the filters you apply.
