Acumatica Workbooks

When you install the Acumatica template, a set of predefined workbooks is included. These workbooks are designed to cover common financial and operational reporting scenarios, such as trial balances, profit and loss, and cash flow. You can use them as delivered or edit them to suit your analysis and presentation requirements.

Workbook	Description
Trial balance	Provide a financial accounting worksheet that lists all general ledger accounts with their debit and credit balances, ensuring they are in balance.
Profit and loss	Show a company’s revenues, expenses, and net profit or loss for a specific period, also known as an income statement.
Cash flow	Detail the inflows and outflows of cash over a period to assess liquidity, solvency, and overall financial health.
Balance sheet	Present a company’s assets, liabilities, and equity to show financial position at a specific point in time.
Dashboards	Provide interactive visualizations such as the Profit and Loss, Financial Performance, and Expense dashboards to track KPIs, monitor trends, and evaluate financial health.
